Zoe has 11 years of copywriting experience tucked neatly under her belt. A large chunk of which she spent leading the copywriting team for Freemans’ Home Shopping and subsequently Debenhams Direct and Otto UK.
She has well and truly mastered the art of communicating key messages, pitching with just the right tone of voice to suit your target audience/customer, and producing succinct yet successful selling product copy.
Prior to embarking on her copywriting career, Zoe cut her teeth working as a merchandiser for Nicole Farhi and assistant buyer for Nicole Farhi Home.
