Background

Healthy Direct is the UK’s leading home shopping supplier of vitamins, minerals and health supplements. They already had a successful online business, but found they were being limited by their existing platform, and so decided to upgrade to a second-generation e-commerce platform                  

Objective

Define requirements, select platform & design, implement and launch to budget and extremely tight timeline.                           

Results

A very complex new site, but with an enhanced & simplified customer interface was successfully launched, and delivered on time. This gave the company the platform it needed to fulfil its strategic & trading ambitions.
