Background

Oasis creates a beautifully designed range of clothing and accessories for the customer who makes confident purchases, from a Brand that gives originality, great quality and a consistent fit. As successful high-street fashion retailer, Oasis were aware of the burgeoning online market, but didn’t want to just have a ‘me-too’ knee-jerk reaction. Rather they wanted to evaluate the business case from the ground up. We help build & evaluate the business case, and then led the requirements definition and vendor/platform & design selection phases.

Objective

Evaluate whether Oasis should be trading online, and if so, how to launch this channel successfully                          

Results

All the other brands in Mosaic’s group followed the lead set by Oasis, & the site continues to outperform expectations.
