Background

They run private sales from the best designer brands at 30% to 80% lower than the retail price. A fast growing online business needed to expand from their in-house logistics to a best-of-breed 3rd party logistics provider.                 

Objective

To select the right 3PL partner, and then manage the transition from in-house logistics to the outsourced operation, all within very tight timelines.

Results

The most suitable partner was selected, and the partnership continues to grow successfully, removing the physical & logistical constraints that the client had to their growth plans.
