Background
Croatian arm of the worldwide mobile communications brand.
Objective
To develop and up-skill a newly appointed e-commerce team to instil the day to day skills needed by each individual team member, right through to the optimal structure of that team in order to deliver a strategic roadmap and undertake the daily tasks that are expected of an e-commerce team. The main objective for this was so they could create an improved customer experience and enhance overall sales performance
Results
As result of the advice and support from Practicology the T-mobile team in Croatia now have a highly successful e-commerce function that can take on and deliver all aspects of e-commerce across the business? This also led to Practicology been invited to create the wireframes for the new website.
