Martin Newman is founder and Chairman of global digital strategy consultancy Practicology, and a non-executive director of UK fashion retailer White Stuff. He has previously headed up ecommerce and multichannel oeprations for brands including Burberry, Harrods and Ted Baker.

Professor Malcolm McDonald is Emeritus Professor at Cranfield University School of Management and Honorary Professor at Warwick Business School. Chairman of six companies, McDonald works with the boards of some of the world's leading businesses. He has written or co-authored more than 40 books.
