Principal Consultant

Beata Roos is one of our Principal Consultants, working across strategy, organisational design, marketing and trading projects. She also delivers training on various aspects of ecommerce and multichannel retail to clients. Beata has over 10 years’ experience working in retail and ecommerce. An experienced project manager, Beata has project managed seven website builds and re-platforms. She has a great stretch of skills across the whole ecommerce spectrum: Merchandise and Conversion Rate Optimisation, Customer Experience and Search Engine Marketing.

At Practicology she was seconded to British Airways for one year as their Trading and Optimisation Manager and to Swedish outdoor brand Haglöfs as Interim Head of Ecommerce. Beata also delivered a large scale digital transformation project, covering the trading and marketing teams of a top 10 UK retailer. Other clients include House of Fraser, Pandora Jewellery, L’Occitane, Enotria, The Entertainer and others.

Prior to joining Practicology she worked in merchandising for global etailer ASOS, UK multichannel retailer M&Co and in trading and marketing at the award-winning start up Motilo.
