Jeremy Wilson

Director - Private Equity Practice Lead

Jeremy Wilson helps to shape the strategy, business models and commercial plans for a number of key clients as one of the directors of multichannel strategy consultancy Practicology. Recent engagements include Mamas & Papas, House of Fraser and Hobbycraft.

Like every consultant in Practicology’s business, his background is at the coalface of retail, and he has worked within the ecommerce, IT and finance teams for retailers including John Lewis, Boden and Pentland Group.

His ecommerce experience goes back to 1998 when he joined Boden as Finance and IT Director, and was responsible for launching its first website. Sensing a future in ecommerce and multichannel retail, Jeremy went on to develop propositions for brands including Long Tall Sally, Speedo, SockShop and Lyle & Scott. More recently he worked with John Lewis to develop and deliver its multichannel programme.

A graduate of Leicester and Lancaster Universities, Jeremy qualified as an Accountant in 1987 with Tesco. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA), and holds an MA in Business Administration.
