Practicology China's joint venture with Luen Thai will deliver ecommerce and digital marketing services to retailers and brands

First project sees the launch of a new Chinese online store for global footwear brand Skechers   

London, Sydney, Hong Kong and Guangzhou, 9th November 2017 – Strategic digital and multichannel consultancy Practicology has signed a joint venture agreement with Hong Kong-listed consumer goods supply chain group Luen Thai. The agreement has created Practicology (China) Ltd, an incorporated business based in Guangzhou that will deliver ecommerce consultancy and digital marketing services to retailers and brands in China.

Practicology China has recruited 15 members of staff in Guangzhou, working under the leadership of Practicology’s General Manager for Greater China, Arthur Cheung. The multi-lingual team provides ecommerce strategy, ecommerce trading, digital marketing and customer service support to brands who want to trade via Chinese marketplaces, localised Chinese online stores and WeChat.

The first project for the business has been the relaunch of a Chinese online store for global footwear brand Skechers. Practicology (China) Ltd has launched a new online store for Skechers in China, and is managing the trading of the site, digital marketing and customer service on an ongoing basis.

Practicology Chairman Martin Newman says: “I am delighted to have partnered with Luen Thai to bring Practicology to China.
