Bronwyn Laughlin has extensive ecommerce and multichannel experience, with particular expertise in customer experience and strategy. She’s previously held management positions with large multichannel retailers and consumer financial services providers in the UK and Australia.

Her most recent role before joining Practicology was Customer Experience Program Manager for Officeworks Ltd, Australia’s largest stationery and office products supplier. She moved into this role having previously worked as Officeworks’ Online Marketing and Ecommerce Manager.

Bronwyn has also held the position of Ecommerce Programme Manager for the National Australia Bank; and Ecommerce Manager for UK healthy and beauty retailer Superdrug Stores, and UK fashion retailer Jacques Vert. She has significant experience of setting up and running teams, landing digital projects and driving online growth for the brands with which she has worked.

During her time with Officeworks, Bronwyn oversaw the re-platforming and redesigning of the retailer’s desktop and mobile sites for B2B and B2C customers. She also achieved annual double-digit online sales growth.

While with Jacques Vert, Bronwyn set up the brand’s digital marketing and ecommerce team and processes. And at Superdrug, she established digital marketing and social media for the brand, grew the ecommerce team and redesigned and completed a range review to turn-around an under-performing website.

Bronwyn Laughlin holds a BA degree in Communication Management from Deakin University, and MSP Foundation qualification. She has also completed a Customer Experience Management Certification with Strativity.
