Before relocating from the UK to Melbourne, Marco previously held senior roles with global brands such as Hotels.com and Expedia before building L’Oreal's CRM offering from the ground up in Australia and New Zealand. Having extensive experience implementing successful CRM strategies across a variety of brands, Marco enjoys working with his clients to help them achieve complete customer-centricity.
