Marcus Falley has expertise in online analytics, optimisation and web strategy, and more than 15 years of experience in analytical roles. In addition, Marcus has great knowledge of many ecommerce platforms and content management systems, search engine optimisation and search engine marketing.

Most recently, Marcus was a Senior Web Analytics & Optimisation Consultant for Panalysis, and before that was Head of Online Optimisation for Izilla Search & Display. He has worked in client-side ecommerce roles for Coles Myer, National Australia Bank, Wine Selectors and News Digital Media, where he was a Web Analytics Strategist.

One of Marcus’ biggest successes was during his two years as Ecommerce Manager for Wine Selectors; where he managed the transition from a brochure-based site to a fully functional ecommerce website. The achievement can be seen in the sales figures, which grew from $75,000 to $1million in year one, and to $3million in the second year.

Marcus Falley is Google Analytics Certified, Google AdWords Certified, and is Webtrends Technical Professional Certified.
