On 6th July, Practicology welcomed just under 100 ecommerce and multichannel professionals, from a whole range of retailers and consumer brands, to our first full-afternoon conference. 

The conference was sponsored by SAP Hybris and Atos, and supported by Cranberry Panda. Keynotes were delivered by Dreams' CEO Mike Logue, preceded by Monsoon Accessorize's John Bovill, who delivered insight into how the retailer tends to use data to improve customer experience. Hobbycraft's Customer Development Director Katherine Paterson also presented, discussing the success of Hobbycraft's loyalty programme.

We were also joined by Practicology's AsiaPac CEO Chris Vincent, and General Manager for China Arthur Cheung, who delivered a compelling presentation on the Chinese market and its potential. 

Further multichannel insight came from Practicology's CEO Martin Newman, our Head of International Nicola Huet, and user experience experts Lee Howard and Mark Pinkerton. Nupur Manchanda took part in a panel session around digital transformation with Paperchase's Joe Irons and Deckers Brands' David Williams, before the conference finale which saw Martin interview House of Fraser's outgoing CCO Andy Harding. 

The event was an insightful and enjoyable afternoon, and Practicology would like to thank everyone who attended and made the event such a success.
