One of Saudi Arabia’s largest multichannel retailers, with 40+ stores across the Middle East, engaged Practicology to help future proof its business.
Faced with increased competition in the region and challenges around logistics and systems, the retailer was eager to expand its range of products and accelerate ecommerce growth to hit its ambitious online sales targets by 2020.
It approached Practicology to devise a less siloed structure for the organisation that would allow teams to work more closely and enhance the use of more digitally focussed marketing. In addition, Practicology were asked to manage the selection of a website platform that would support the business’ long-term growth.
